Max Light

Max Light believes in listening to his client's needs and finding them the perfect property. Max joined our team in January 2023 but has been in the land & timber business for over 30 years. He specializes in recreational, hunting and investment properties. In addition to his land and timber experience, Max has spent the last 15 years raising pullets on a 4-house farm in Bodcaw, AR. He has a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Arkansas, Monticello. 

Max enjoys golfing, hunting & fishing. His favorite hobbies include cooking and spending time with family. Max's wife, Tracy, is a 3rd grade teacher. His daughter, Mary Caitlyn is a kindergarten teacher and his son, Colby, is currently enrolled at Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia where he is a member of the golf team. Max's family are proud members of Garrett Memorial Baptist Church where Max serves as a deacon.
