Nick Marinelli

Nick joined the Mossy Oak Properties network in early 2008, partnering with Dustin McClure to open the first Mossy Oak Properties office in the Carolinas. Together, they recognized Mossy Oak Properties as the ideal platform to better serve land buyers and sellers throughout the region.

A native North Carolinian, Nick grew up in a small rural community outside of Charlotte, where he developed a lifelong passion for the outdoors. That passion ultimately led him to a successful career as a Land Specialist. A graduate of UNC Charlotte, Nick brings more than 20 years of experience in land sales and acquisitions and has been a licensed real estate broker since 2004. Licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, his areas of expertise include site acquisition, land sales and development, bank-owned assets, and mid- to large-acreage tracts. Nick is also a Mossy Oak Properties Certified Land Specialist.

When he's not helping clients achieve their land ownership goals, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, hunting ducks and deer, and offshore fishing - activities that further strengthen his connection to the land and outdoor lifestyle he represents every day.
