Sam Kuca

Sam grew up in Virginia, where he developed a passion for hunting, fishing, and the outdoors at an early age. After earning his bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University, Sam commissioned as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and service.

Now living in Sneads Ferry, North Carolina, Sam continues to pursue the outdoor lifestyle he has enjoyed since childhood. He spends his free time turkey hunting, shooting sporting clays, and fly fishing for redfish along the coast of the Carolinas.

Sam chose to pursue a career in real estate with Mossy Oak Properties because of the opportunity to combine his professional experience with his passion for the outdoors. He understands firsthand what makes a property special and enjoys helping clients find land that fits the way they want to live, hunt, fish, and enjoy the outdoors.
