Scott Paden

Scott R. Paden began his career in real estate after graduating from Auburn University with a degree in Business Finance. After closing over 130 transactions in under 6 years, Scott then attended Clemson University and graduated with a Master’s degree in Forest Resource Management. Upon completion of his Master’s degree, Scott spent a considerable amount of time as a field forester obtaining vital “boots on the ground” knowledge and experience.

While Scott enjoyed field forestry the most out of all of his experiences, his talents led him to a highly successful real estate sales career that focused solely on the timberland asset class. Working with private and corporate timberland owners, Scott has closed over 21 million dollars in transactions to date.

Scott provides expert timber and wildlife advise before and after a transaction.  He enjoys creating long term relationships with his clients helping them to fufill there goals throughout the ownership of a property.
