Sydni Midgett

Born and raised on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, Sydni was shaped by strong family ties, a love for the water, and an admiration for the outdoors. In high school, she developed a passion for duck hunting alongside her now husband — a tradition that remains central as they raise their children on the same island she grew up on. Sydni earned her Associate’s Degree in Business Administration at the local community college and spent six years with the local public school system before joining Mossy Oak Properties Land and Farms Realty in pursuit of work where she could see a direct impact.

As Listings Manager, Sydni brings a detail-driven approach to showcasing properties from mountain ridgelines to the coast she calls home. She values being part of a company rooted in land, legacy, and stewardship. For Sydni, real estate isn’t just about property — it’s about heritage, stewardship, and helping families build traditions of their own.
