Ty Sutley

As someone who had the privilege of being born and raised right here in middle Tennessee, I truly understand what makes Tennessee so special. Having the ability to help others realize how special it is as well is a true blessing in my life. From a young age I have always been enamored by land, so being able to partner up with a brand like Mossy Oak who shares the same values just made sense once I got into real estate.

Over the last decade or so I have had the opportunity to help manage many different properties across the state for farming, hunting, and recreation. After school I spent some time as a hunting guide in South Dakota and Wyoming, and then returned to Nashville to join the residential construction industry. Now being able to combine my knowledge of both homes and land, I am able to assist my clients with many different needs.

In my free time you can find me at home with my wife Brooke, training my dog, or out hunting with friends and family. Please don’t hesitate to reach out! It would be my pleasure to help you find your special place!
