Wes Winterstein

For as long as he can remember, Wes has always loved the outdoors.  Growing up, he often enjoyed camping and fishing trips with family all over the Southeast.  These experiences led to his interest in various outdoor sports where he learned the fundamentals of teamwork and leadership.  As a highly motivated young man, Wes applied and was accepted into the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Upon graduation, he was commissioned as 2^nd Lieutenant in the Air Force and led various tactical field operations around the United States.  In this role, Wes coordinated with private landowners and municipalities for the Air Force's use of their property.  He enjoyed this part of his job, and little did he know that these interactions would ultimately point him to a civilian career in real estate.  As a real estate executive in the residential & commercial management sector, Wes has been at the forefront of the multifamily real estate industry with years of experience in acquisitions & dispositions, procurement, asset valuation, development & operational strategies.  All of the skills allowed Wes to manage simple or complex transactions for his buyer and seller clients.  When he's not working for clients, Wes can be found outdoors hunting, fishing, hiking, or camping with family & friends.  We are fortunate to have Wes as a Mossy Oaks Property Land Specialist.  His vast experience, coupled with his leadership skills, enthusiasm, and tremendous work ethic make him a valuable member of our team and an experienced resource for our clients.
