Will comes to us with an outdoorsman mind and heart Will started hunting, learning from his Uncle, at the age of seven Will and his Uncle would duck hunt the marshes of Southern New Jersey every chance they could. Will eventually picked up a bow and also fell in love with deer hunting. Will still has that passion to this day and spends time with his kids in the blind every chance he gets. Here is a little more background to help you get to know Will a little further. A graduate of Salem Community College, Will joined the Marine Corps in 1994. He served four years in the Military Police Field and left service in 1998. Soon after he entered and graduated the Basic Law Enforecemnt Training program at Coastal Carolina Community College in NC. In 1991 a move was made to Arkansas and he began a law enforcement career at the Greenwood Police Department While at the department he served in many roles such as patrolman, under cover narcotics officer, K-9, Patrol Sergeant, Patrol Lieutenant, and ultimately Chief of Police. Just after assuming the Chief position, he attended the prestigious FBI National Academy. A course only 2% of officers nationwide are chosen and approved to attend. Credit was obtained from the University of Virginia for completing the course. A yearly budget of almost two million dollars was managed and planned for by Will. While serving as Chief, Will was also chosen by Governor Mike Beebe to serve on his Racial Profiling Task Force. At the end of 2023 Willl retired and worked executive security and substituted in the Greenwood School Systen. Will recently obtained his real estate license and hopes to apply his love of helping people to this new career. Will resides in Greenwood with his wife, Jana, and three children Treyton, Lakyn, and Aysen.
