I am a lifelong resident of Williamson County Tn and grew up in the historic Leiper's Fork area. As an avid outdoorsman, I am the co-owner of J & J Outdoors LLC, a Land and Property Management Company and Hunt Club. For the past 30 years I have leased and managed different types of properties which has given me the opportunity to interact with landowners, investors and corporate companies as well as many others. This has allowed me to establish great business and personal relationships with numerous clients and local business owners. As a Certified Land Specialist I am qualified and have the ability to provide the right knowledge, proper tools and equipment needed to help clients view larger tracks of land as well as residential properties. I can also assist with guiding clients with help in the areas of financing and credit issues, home inspections, appraisals and land surveys...referring the right people who also enjoy helping others through the buying and selling process is very important to me. My personal philosophy is to treat people as I would like to be treated, it's not about the deal but the relationship! I also have a passion for meeting new people, assisting first time buyers and those searching for their dream home, recreational or investment property.
