WEST POINT, MS – Mossy Oak Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce its recent award winners, revealed at the company’s recent Land Summit, held February 24th through February 25th, 2026 in Starkville, Mississippi.
Pam Welch of Mossy Oak Properties Selling Arkansas, was honored as the 2025 Mossy Oak Properties Agent of the Year. The award, which recognizes the highest producing agent of the Mossy Oak Properties network and the 6th consecutive award for Welch.
Mossy Oak Properties Land and Farms Realty -North Carolina won their first Mossy Oak Properties Office of Year recognition. The Office of the Year award is given annually to the office that not only achieves a high sales volume, but also embodies the core values that Mossy Oak Properties bases its business upon.
Terrell Brazell of Mossy Oak Properties Coastal Land and Real Estate won its coveted Fox Haas Award, which was named after the patriarch of the Mossy Oak brand and recognizes a member of the Mossy Oak Properties network that was nominated by their peers for possessing characteristics such as honor, integrity, and a servant’s heart.
In addition to these three awards, several other awards were announced:
- The Big Fish Award, which recognizes the five agents closing the largest transactions in the previous sales year;
- The Rainmaker Award, which recognizes the five agents closing the most transactions in the previous sales year;
- The Fist Full of Dirt Award, which recognizes the individual or group which completed the best conservation service project in the previous year;
- The Pathfinder Award, which recognizes network members who have been with Mossy Oak Properties for less than five years and have experienced great success;
- The Golden Acorn Award, which recognizes a member or members of the Mossy Oak Properties family instrumental in the growth and success of Mossy Oak Properties;
- The Patriot Award recognizes a member of the Mossy Oak Properties family who serves or has served with distinction in our nations’ armed forces, law enforcement, or first responder units.
- The Cornerstone Award recognizes a member of our network who serves in an administrative or support role, helping to make those around their team as well as the Mossy Oak Properties network as a whole better.
- And the Resa Vickers Community Service Award, which recognizes an individual or group who has given back to their community.
