Mossy Oak Properties Announces Award Winners Recognized at recent Land Summit

WEST POINT, MS- Mossy Oak Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce its recent award winners, revealed at at the company’s recent Land Summit, held June 6-8, 2022 in Starkville, Mississippi.

Pam Welch of Mossy Oak Properties Strawberry River Land and Homes in Cave City, Arkansas repeated as the Mossy Oak Properties Agent of the Year, which is given annually to the salesperson that has the highest sales volume of the course of the year out of the Mossy Oak Properties network, which currently represents over 650 land specialists across 30 states.

 

Mossy Oak Properties Indiana Land and Lifestyle in Rockville, Indiana also repeated as the Mossy Oak Properties Office of Year.  The Office of the Year award is given annually to the office that not only achieves a high sales volume, but also embodies the core values that Mossy Oak Properties bases its business upon.

 

Dale Walker of Mossy Oak Properties Alabama Land Crafters in Pike Road, Alabama won its coveted Fox Haas Award, which was named after the patriarch of the Mossy Oak brand and recognizes a member of the Mossy Oak Properties network that was nominated by their peers for possessing characteristics such as honor, integrity, and a servant’s heart.

 

In addition to these three awards, several new awards were announced: The Big Fish Award, which recognizes the five agents closing the largest transactions in the previous sales year, the Rainmaker Award, which recognizes the five agents closing the most transactions in the previous sales year, and the Fist Full of Dirt Award, which recognizes the individual or group which completed the best conservation service project in the previous year.

2021 Rainmaker honorees were:

  • Clint Carroll – Mossy Oak Properties Land Sales, LLC
  • Pam Welch – Mossy Oak Properties Strawberry River Land and Homes
  • Scott Bare – Mossy Oak Properties Bauer Real Estate Frazeysburg
  • Linda Francis – Mossy Oak Properties Mozark Land and Farm

The 2022 Fist Full of Dirt Award honoree was Mossy Oak Properties Tennessee Land and Farm for their 2021 Mossy Oak Properties National Day of Conservation efforts, which recognizes the Mossy Oak Properties office or individual who completes the best conservation themed service project throughout the calendar year.

 

Also, the company announced Rick and Tammy Taylor as the first recipients of the Golden Acorn Award, which will recognize a member or members of the Mossy Oak Properties family instrumental in the growth and success of Mossy Oak Properties.  The Taylor’s were Mossy Oak Properties first franchisees and have long been integral parts of the Mossy Oak Properties family.
