The Boley family is native to Van Buren County, Iowa. Boley Real Estate was established in 1985 with Ralph Boley, Jim's father, as the Broker/Owner. Principal broker Barb Hendricks Boley has been selling real estate and managing offices since 1992 and Jim got his license in 2001. Jim and Barb bought the business from Ralph in 2001. Nick started selling real estate in 2004, and joined the business in ownership in 2010 when Boley Real Estate partnered with Mossy Oak Properties of the Heartland. Tyler joined ownership in 2010 and obtained his license in January of 2011.

Today, Mossy Oak Properties Boley Real Estate is owned and operated by Jim Boley and Barb Hendricks Boley, and their sons Nick Boley and Tyler Boley, all licensed real estate brokers. With over 60 years of combined experience between the owners alone, plus an experienced and knowledgable team working with us, combined with our love for the outdoors, we are sure that we can be the best at making your dreams come true.
