In August 2015, owner, Ben Jones, opened the Mossy Oak Properties Southern Land & Homes office. We are located in downtown Madison, Florida, centered in the historic district and easily accessible to the citizens of our community and visitors alike. We value the hometown appeal of this area and our office supports local businesses, community service organizations, schools and community events.

Our listings range from residential properties in historic downtown Madison, to vacant farm land, to river lots & hunting acreage, to commercial hot spots and anything in between.
