213 Acres of Farmland and Timberland with a Pond For Sale in Nash County, NC! This farm is easily accessible, features income producing agricultural land, and pines that have been managed and thinned. There is a trail system that allows easy access throughout the wooded portion of the property, and the pond makes for a scenic view. There are dozens of places where shooting blinds, tree stands, etc. can be set up for a number of hunters to safely hunt the property. There is also a mobile home that conveys with the sale of the property. The mobile home can continue to be leased out or it can be removed and a home could be built there, overlooking the pond.  

This farm features roughly 1,550 feet of road frontage on Swift Creek School Road. There is approximately 50 acres of open land, including the homesite and pond, and 160 acres of timber that has been managed and thinned. There is an access path that cuts through the wooded area of the property and provides easy access to the thinned timber. While there are some pockets of hardwoods present towards the rear of the property, the majority of the timber consist of pines and have recently been thinned.
