The property is located just west of Louisville, Illinois.
From the junction of Illinois Route 50 and Route 45 just west of Flora, Illinois, travel north approximately 2 miles to Hickory Hill Lane. Turn left (west) onto Hickory Hill Lane and travel approximately 5 miles to Bethel Drive Road.
Turn right (north) onto Bethel Drive Road and travel approximately 1 mile. The first 40 acres will be on the left, with the 80 acres on the right.
Continue a few hundred feet to Sassafras Drive and turn right (east). Travel approximately 536 yards, and the 40-acre and 20-acre tracts will be on the left (north) side of the road in an L-shaped configuration.
To access the final 41 acres, return to Bethel Drive Road and turn right (north). Travel approximately 1.52 miles and turn right onto Silver Bell Lane. Continue approximately 1.01 miles to a T and turn right, remaining on Silver Bell Lane. Follow the road to the curve and turn left. After the curve, travel approximately 785 yards, and the final 41 acres will be on the left (north) side of the road.
