The stream that works its way through the property is crystal clear and ready to be explored (1.5 miles of creek frontage). The food plots are overflowing with wildlife. Deer and Turkey were all present when we first inspected the property. The timber is very healthy and is a mix of hardwood and softwood. This location would also be ideal for those who may want to build several cabins, homes, or lake rental properties, or keep it all to themselves. With the airport being as close as it is for small aircraft, the Sky is the Limit. Electricity is at the gate. The Property is easily accessible from Highway 270.
