This 0.70-acre lot (Lot 17) in a neighborhood with restrictions is located on Fox Cliff Road.  The lot is overlooking Little Clifty Creek section of Rough River Lake. Less than 15 miles to Leitchfield and only 0.2 miles to the Little Clifty boat ramp..

The ramp will accommodate one vehicle at a time with plenty of parking. During normal summer pool, you could launch your boat at this ramp and park in below your lot on the lake. Private docks are not allowed on this section of the lake and many of the local residents told us this is a normal way to keep boat close to their cabins. 

Fishing in this section of the lake include crappie, bream, largemouth bass, hybrid stripers, channel and flathead catfish. While fishing you will enjoy watching wildlife along the cliff lines including bald eagles, wood ducks, shorebirds, not to mention nearly 75 species of various songbirds, hawks, owls, and other waterfowl. Included in the photos are the lake behind the cabin during low water pool in the winter months. The large number of stumps makes this section of the lake one of the better fishing spots. If you are a kayak or canoe angler, this portion of the lake is relatively quite, perfect for smaller watercraft.  

Directions:

From the square and courthouse in Leitchfield, take KY 54 west for 6.9 miles to KY 631 North  (right). Go 3.1 miles to Fox Cliff Road. This is located near the Duram Church where KY 631 makes a hard turn to the left. Turn right on Fox Cliff Road and travel 0.9 miles to a fork in the road at a white garage. The left fork goes to the boat ramp while the right fork (a gravel road) goes to the lot which is 0.2 miles just past a red shed. Watch for the Mossy Oak sign.

While you can access the Corps property, be aware that no construction or modification of property is allowed below this line.
