Jefferson River Ranch
Description
The Jefferson River Ranch is located between Three Forks and Willow Creek. It has a well appointed owner's home with approximately 3,056 square feet. The original home was built in 1920, however, in 2010 a complete renovation turned the little farmhouse into the beautiful home it is today. With 5 bedrooms,3 baths and 2 living areas, comfort is the word that comes to mind. In-floor radiant heat (in most of the home), wood stove, gas insert and an additional outdoor woodstove keep the home toasty warm without a lot of expense. Outbuildings include a quonset (40x160) used as a shop/equipment shed and a separate bunkhouse. There is also a nice set of pipe pens and working corrals for handling livestock. The land is comprised of approximately 572 acres of pasture and irrigated acreage. There are approximately 160 acres under center pivot, 22 or so acres of wheel line irrigation, and some additional sub irrigated-land. The outdoor portion of the ranch affords many possibilities to hunt whitetail deer and various birds, including pheasant, ducks and geese to name a few.
