Once you enter the private area you will notice a topside RV spot selection; these spots are further away from the water but allow a shaded option and still have the same features as the lower level lakeside RV spots. The lower level section of the property has so many great features including 36 covered boat slips, 4 PWC slips, and a swimming dock/beach combo with a deck currently being completed. There is also a newly added dog park for those who love to travel with pets! The center of the peninsula features an outdoor covered kitchen area with granite countertops and a swimming pool with a front seat view of the lake. There is a commercial grade bathhouse and 3 twenty person brick gas fire pits in each corner of the peninsula. The floor lighting in the pavers and above head street light combo are amazing to view during the evening hours. Unlike a lot of properties, there isn't a view in any direction that takes away from the beauty and seclusion of this location. The extra back up generator, equipment, internet services and cleanliness of this operation make it a safe bet on being fully operational during any stay. With it being hard to find employees nowadays, this investment property was designed with that in mind and only requires one. They will handle annual leases, gate openers, internet options, cleaning bathhouses and picking up trash out at RV spot locations. The property had so much rock and pavers imported in that there is conveniently no mowing needed. At Lake of the Ozarks, properties like this do not make it to the market often.
