Whitetail genetics on this deer farm come from deer such as Triple Crown, Big Stitch, Blackjack and McNificent, just to name a few. As the names implies, Relentless Whitetails is known for producing extremely hardy deer with a fawn survival rate of above 95%. The conception rate on artificially inseminated does is over 85%. The farm consists of seven separate fenced pens, each with public water and overhead cover. The high fence is first class quality; it was constructed in 2015 with schedule 40 galvanized posts, fixed knot wire with additional predator wire at the bottom. The owner has spared no expense on his high fence to protect his deer herd! Relentless Whitetails also has an extremely impressive semen account available at a negotiated price.
The facility includes 72+- acres with a beautiful 2500+- sq ft home. The home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a mud room and bonus room upstairs. With gorgeous vaulted ceilings and spacious rooms, this home is ideal for a full-time owner or caretaker. The shop, which was built in 2018, is 1,600 square feet with a 16x40 lean-to and 12x40 porch.
