DIRECTIONS TO THE SOUTH PRICE HOUSE ROAD TRACT:

From Exit #35 on I-26 (Walnut Grove Road & Woodruff Exit), turn west on Walnut Grove Road toward Woodruff.   After 0.5± miles, turn left, heading south on Price House Road.  After 2.75 miles there is a large electric transmission line that crosses Price House Road. 

The centerline of the power right-of-way is the northern property boundary and the tract is on your left, extending from Price House Road to the I-26 boundary.  Most of the acreage of the South Price House Road Tract is in young pine and hardwood saplings.

From Exit #38 on (SC Highway #146/Cross Anchor Road Exit), turn west on SC Highway #146 (Cross Anchor Road) toward Woodruff.   After a very short distance, turn right heading north on Hanna Creek Road.   After 0.4± miles, turn left onto Price House Road, heading northwest, and proceed for 0.5± miles until reaching the southwest property corner and southern property line.  The southern boundary can be identified due to a change in timber types.  The young pine and hardwood saplings on your right are on the tract that is for sale, whereas the property line is bordered by older taller trees.  The property extends from Price House Road as the western boundary to the I-26 boundary, which is on the east.  The northern property boundary is the center line of a large power transmission right-of-way.

The property can also be reached from downtown Woodruff by taking either Walnut Grove Road to Price House Road or Cross Anchor Road (SC Hwy. #146) to Hanna Creek Road as described above.
