The subject property is located approximately 2 miles west of Point Blank Texas and fronts Highway 190 and accessed from Highway 156. Well maintained logging roads traverse the property making access applicable from the north and the east boundaries of the total tract. The utilities are available from highway 190, with one pipelines that cross the property.
This industrial pine timber holding, and was designed forloblolly timber production. The property is also utilized for wildlife management, hunting, and fishing. The topography is undulating terrain with numerous drainage zones and possible lake sites.
This tract may be divided and sold in 3 sections. The north tract or Palmetto Creek Tract consist +/- 1,134 acres. The middle tract or Wilderness Road Tract is +/- 1,003 acres. The south tract or Dobbins Creek Tract is +/- 1,054 acres.
