Cade Baxter

Cade Baxter is a sixth-generation Texan with deep roots in the Lone Star State and a growing presence across Tennessee. Born in Wichita Falls and raised in Rockwall, he built a strong connection to the land at an early age. That connection still shapes his work and how he serves his clients.

Since 2012, Cade has focused on farms, ranches, hunting properties, and recreational land, along with investment properties and natural resource opportunities. His approach is simple and steady. It is based on understanding land features, market trends, and long-term value, so clients can make smart, confident decisions.

In Tennessee, Cade works in the rural land markets of Middle Tennessee, an area known for its rolling hardwood terrain, pasture ground, water features, and long-term recreational and investment upside. He helps clients look beyond what a property is today and understand how it fits into a long-term land strategy.

Cade has a deep respect for the land and cares about conservation and responsible stewardship. He knows how to balance getting the most out of a property while also protecting its natural resources for future generations. His goal is to help clients find strong, lasting opportunities that support both financial goals and family legacy.

As an athlete, Cade played collegiate baseball at Arkansas State University and Angelo State University. The discipline, preparation, and competitive mindset he learned in sports now carry over into his work. He brings focus, consistency, and strong negotiation to every deal.

Outside of real estate, family is his greatest priority. He and his wife are raising their two daughters with the same values they grew up with. These include faith, hard work, and a love for the outdoors. In both Texas and Tennessee, Cade is committed to protecting the rural lifestyle and land heritage that make these places special.
