Chris Dowdy

In just a few short years, Chris Dowdy has earned a National reputation as a recreational, farm, and residential real estate leader. In 2019, his first full year as a licensed agent, Chris was recognized as the Agent of the Year for the Clarksville, Tennessee, Mossy Oak Properties office. That same year, the Mossy Oak Properties, Tennessee Land and Farm brokerage, were recognized as the Mossy Oak Properties National Office of the Year. Again in 2020, Chris was recognized as the Agent of the Year for the Clarksville, Tennessee office, ending the year with 34 closed transactions in 27 counties, the single highest number of secure transactions in a calendar year for a single agent in the history of Mossy Oak Properties operations in Tennessee for all offices. In addition, Chris was recognized by Homesnap as being in the top 10% of all real estate agents Nationwide in 2019 and the top 5% in 2020. He received a Nashville Soar Award, recognized as a top agent in the Nashville market. In 2021, The Mossy Oak Properties, Tennessee Land and Farm office were again nominated as the Mossy Oak Properties National Office of the Year. Chris earned a Mossy Oak Properties Pinnacle Award for the second quarter of 2022, being recognized as one of the top 10 Agents in sales Nationwide for Mossy Oak Properties and was again recognized as the Agent of the Year for Mossy Oak Properties Clarksville office. He was recognized again in 2022, marking his fourth consecutive year as the Agent of the Year and his fourth successive year closing the most transactions for the Clarksville office. At the Mossy Oak Property National Awards Banquet, Chris was awarded the inaugural Pathfinder award. Chris, a native of Henry County located in Northwest Tennessee. A lifelong outdoorsman, he grew up fishing on Kentucky Lake and has successfully hunted in over 20 states. In addition, Chris has directed public relations and social media and served on staff as a guide for Whitetail Creek Outfitters in Cadiz, Kentucky, for 25 years. Aside from the work he performs at Whitetail Creek Outfitters. He is a Mossy Oak Brand Camo's Pro Staff member and recently completed eight years as the Chapter President of the Battleground Longbeards Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation. He also served on the Tennessee State Board of Directors for the NWTF.
