Fred Zepponi III is the Owner and Broker of Mossy Oak Properties Bottomland Real Estate and a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in Mississippi, Alabama, and Arkansas. With more than two decades of experience, Fred blends professional expertise with a lifelong passion for the land to help clients buy, sell, and accurately value rural property across the Southeast.

Raised on a farm in the Mississippi Delta, Fred developed a strong work ethic and a deep respect for the land and those who care for it. He earned a degree in Agricultural Economics from Mississippi State University and holds both the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute, reflecting his dedication to accuracy, integrity, and excellence in every assignment.

Fred’s appraisal work focuses on rural and residential tracts, including farmland, timberland, recreational land, and premier and legacy properties. He provides credible, defensible appraisals for estate planning, financing, acquisitions, conservation projects, and portfolio management.

As a broker, Fred works hands-on with clients, guiding them through every stage of the process—from evaluating property value and marketing strategies to negotiation and closing.
