Fred Zepponi III

Fred Zepponi III, Owner/ Broker of MOP Bottomland Real Estate, a professional land broker specializing in agricultural, recreational and hunting properties as well as residential properties with acreage, is licensed in Mississippi, Alabama and Arkansas. He and his wife Elizabeth live in West Point, MS and have four children: Hazard, Charlie, Leo and Camillia. Growing up in Mississippi Delta on a row crop farm, Fred understands the connection to the land and love for the outdoors. Fred graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Agricultural Economics and shortly after graduation began work as a real estate appraiser. He originally practicing commercial, industrial and land appraisal, but over the years his appraisal practice has trended to primarily rural land and residential properties. Fred is a Mississippi Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and holds the MAI and SRA Designations from the Appraisal Institute. The transition from appraiser to appraiser/broker came naturally over time. When the opportunity to be a part of the Mossy Oak Properties family presented itself it, it almost seemed too good to be true. For Fred being in the outdoors and connecting people with the property of their dreams or the right investment for their portfolio is the most rewarding part of it all.
