Jeriah Raber
Jeriah brings a unique set of skills to the real estate table. He is a lifetime outdoorsman who understands the ins and out of rural land. He has experience in timber harvest/management and years of experience in the world of whitetails - and all things outdoors. He also brings a background in urban real estate investing and renovation. This means he understands the keys to maximizing value on a home - be it in town or a rural homestead.
"I take my faith in our Creator God very seriously. It is the most important thing in my life. I treasure my wife of nearly 10 years and our three precious children. It is our goal to serve our God by serving others.
I was raised in a hardworking family of seven, on a 90 acre piece of land with woods, fields, and creeks. My brothers and I "invested" large amounts of time "improving" our spring fed creek with well thought out dams and homemade boats. (ain't gonna say what happened whenever we got a good rain) I fished in the creek and hunted rabbits with our Beagle cross. I stalked squirrels. And waited for deer. And called in gobblers. Suffice it to say - I'm an outdoorsman. I get it.
My strengths include a genuine and down to earth understanding of rural land, recreation, and the principles of land stewardship; along with an eye for easy value improvements in both rural and urban housing.
I enjoy people. The opportunity to connect with other people - like yourself - is more important to me than whether or not you'll have me work for you in your real estate transaction. So reach out anytime!"
