The Boley family is native to Van Buren County, Iowa. Boley Real Estate was established in 1985 with Ralph Boley, Nick's Grandfather, as the Broker/Owner. Nick started selling real estate in 2004, and joined the business in ownership in 2010 when Boley Real Estate partnered with Mossy Oak Properties. Today, Mossy Oak Properties Boley Real Estate is owned and operated by Nick and his wife, Abby.  

Between his 20+ years in real estate, highly successful land management and outfitting businesses, and his personal hunting and conservation experience, Nick knows land inside and out.  He, along with his team of agents live and breathe the outdoors and their passion is making their clients' outdoor dreams a reality.
