Mossy Oak Properties – Logan Land Company is located in Eutaw in historic Greene County, Alabama. Greene County has a very rich history in its natural resources and antebellum homes. Bordered by three rivers, the Sipsey River to the north, the Tombigbee River on the west, and the Black Warrior River on the east, Greene County is well known for its Black Belt soils, big stands of timber and excellent deer and turkey hunting. Greene County has very diverse terrains and soil types from the Black Belt Prairie to the red clay and sandy hills. Cliff A. Logan & Associates, Inc. was founded by Cliff A. Logan in 1965 and is currently being operated by his sons, Tony and Jim Logan. In 2003, Cliff A. Logan & Associates, Inc. paired up with Mossy Oak Properties to form Mossy Oak Properties Logan Land Co.
