Jim Logan

Jim Logan CLS, ALC is the Real Estate Broker for Mossy Oak Properties Logan Land Company, a division of Cliff A. Logan & Associates, Inc., a forest management company.  Since 1993, Jim has been the Qualifying Broker for Logan Land Company.   Jim earned the coveted Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation in 2007 and joins an elite group of land specialists who have attained an expert level of knowledge and experience in land sales.  In 2010 he earned his Certified Land Specialist designation with Mossy Oak Properties which is a land training program for our network.  He was on the Mossy Oak Properties Brokers Advisory Council and served as its President.  In 2005 MOP Logan Land Co. was chosen as the "OFFICE OF THE YEAR" for the MOP Network.  He has been recognized in the "Pinnacle Club" which recognizes the top sales professionals for the Mossy Oak Properties network.  He was awarded the national "2011 AGENT OF THE YEAR" award given to salesperson that has the highest sales volume for that year.  In 2015 Jim served as President for the Alabama chapter of the RLI (Realtors Land Institute).   He is licensed in both Alabama and Mississippi.  Jim lives in Eutaw with his wife, Heather, and their three children, Wil, Anna Caroline, Mac and grandson Jamie and granddaughter Mary Logan.
