You will not be able to sleep trying to figure out which one to go to in the morning.  Then comes summer where you have Curia Creek which runs for mile through this property.  With swimming holes around every corner with small mouth bass and red ear brim could be caught.  On the northeast corner of the 330 there is a place called the park.  This is about 1 acre the is cleared along the creek with plenty of room for lots of tents and camp fires.  With a gravel sand bar for the smaller kids and a nice big swimming hole for the older kids and adults.  After you see this place you will never want to leave.  If you do not like roughing it in a tent but still want to get close to nature, there is a 2 bedroom cabin with a back porch built on the bluff looking down 100 ft at curia creek as it crashes over the giant boulders below.  If you think going to sleep to the sound of crashing water is a peaceful sound for you then this would be perfect.  This cabin runs off of a generator, has no water but does have a holding tank for water.  There is a toilet with septic system, a shower, sink and a full kitchen.  Just need a generator and some water to fill the tank.  This cabin sits on the backside and is very private!  There also is a bow hunting cabin that sleeps 4 +, has a cookstove and a gas heater.  All lights run off batteries. Makes a great place to come in off the stand for a quick lunch and this cabin sits off by itself!  But do not think you have to rough it to stay on this property because there is a brand new, 2020 Clayton, 1568 +/- sq ft doublewide mobile home with covered porch on 2 sides and comes fully furnished!  This mobile has a large living room, dining room, nice kitchen with a large bar/island, large laundry room and 3 nice size bedrooms!  Off the laundry room side, off the porch there is a dog fence!  This mobile has county water and Entergy for electric.  This home is set up to live in permanently if one chooses!  There is a bald eagle barn for storing feed and a 30 by30 shed to park equipment.  This property is set up with 3 living houses in 3 different locations so you can have 3 different families here at one time and never see each other!  This property hunts BIG!  

Some interesting things to see on this property of course would be curia creek as the water crashes over the giant boulders, a spring fed waterfall that still has the black pipe at the base of the waterfall.  There are several food plots on this property with 3 enclosed redneck stands and 2 muddy enclosed stands along with some permanent feeders!  There was 40 acres that was considered scrub brush which the owner decided to clear completely and make bedding for the wildlife.
