Charming Cabin on the White River between Melbourne and Mountain View, AR in Izard County! This cabin is so cute. It has a large yard, mature shade trees, sits at the dead end so not a lot of traffic. There is a fish cleaning station right off the house with a sink and water, a little shed off of it and a large deck that overlooks the White River! There is a walk way (steps) down to the River and a nice sandy beach to sit on for the kids. The house when you walk into it you come through the garage into an area where you have a ton of storage, its just off the kitchen but is nice for extra room. When you go into the house you have the laundry room, the kitchen, the dining room which also has built in seating along the wall and there is a cute wood burning stove in dining room, there is a large bathroom with a soaker tub, then you walk into the den where the walls are made with logs over 100 years old. The original owners said they built the log home in the late 80's and then built on the rest. So cute and this room walks directly out onto the deck that overlooks the River and on some days you will see a waterfall on the other side of the River. Then you go upstairs where there is a piano sitting where you can overlook into the den area, there is some built in book shelves and a sitting area, down the hall is 2 large bedrooms and a large bathroom. Bedrooms could fit several beds in each! This home has it all form space to charm and River Access! There is a public boat launch within a mile of the property. This house is with North Arkansas Electric Company which offers the fiber for internet, cable, etc. Water is on well with the pump in the laundry room.
