2,923 acres of rolling hills and native brush includes approximately 1,100 under high fence. The enclosure is stocked with white tail, mule deer, and exotics. The ranch has a good, huntable populations of blue quail, dove and Rio Grande turkeys. A comfortable, air conditioned lodge accommodates 8 hunters comfortably. Two deep water wells, one new and the other thoroughly worked over, supply water to every part of the ranch via poly pipe system with concrete troughs. Three dirt tanks provide supplemental water for the wildlife. Corn and protein feeders and blinds are included. Access to fishing in the Rio Grande approximately 12 miles south of the ranch via improved road. Convenient to Sanderson and the Terrell County Airport (4,525' paved, lighted strip).
