Financial Obligations

Down Payment: A 10% deposit (NONE REFUNDABLE) is required within 24 hours. Earnest will be sent to Frist American Title Company.

No Financing Contingencies: Bidding is not subject to financing. Ensure your funds are secured prior to bidding,as you must be capable of paying the remaining balance in cash at closing.

Real Estate Taxes: These will be prorated to the date of closing. The buyer assumes responsibility for all taxes thereafter.

Any personal property remaining on the premises after closing shall be deemed abandoned by the Seller. Ownership shall transfer to the buyer, who assumes sole responsibility and libability for its removal and disposal.
