Sanders Creek
Description
Sanders Creek is almost 82 acres of gently rolling terrain in Nevada County, Arkansas. The mixed use tract provides timberland investment, recreational/hunting opportunities and several places to build a cabin or retirement home and just relax. With whitetail deer, hog and turkey roaming the wooded hills and various specie of small game using the hardwood flats the property is the perfect setting for a family to hunt and enjoy. The lake located in the southern portion of the property provides an excellent place for a cabin with an unobstructed, private of your own lake. I'm guessing a limit of fish would be easy given its remote location. The various trails can provide hours of riding pleasure for the atv enthusiast and there are several "muddy" places if you like. The nearby Poison Springs Wildlife Management Area provides additional hunting opportunities and the Upper and Lower White Oak Lake can provide limits of bass, bream, crappie and catfish. Check this out and give me a call for additional information or to schedule an onsite visit. Hurry though, I know some folks who might just beat you here!
