Ask Darrell Bullock
Sharkey County 127
Description
This small timbered tract lies along the west bank of the Sunflower River. Directly across the river from it is the Delta National Forest, which contains 60,898 acres of public hunting land. The property was select-cut several years prior. It has a couple of food plots as well as some interior trails. The property is land-locked with no legal or deeded access except from the river. The sellers have contacted an attorney about getting an easement but have not started the process. It is priced to sell and would make a great small hunting property with a little time and effort. There is power less than one-half mile north at the end of an abandoned county road.
