Will Waits

Will Waits was raised in a family of outdoorsmen, and some of his earliest memories were made in the woods with family and friends. Whether hunting, fishing, riding ATVs, or simply exploring, Will has always looked for opportunities to be outdoors.

Growing up around a family of foresters also gave Will an early appreciation for wildlife management, conservation, and responsible land stewardship.

Will grew up in Central Mississippi and graduated from Jackson Prep High School in 2019. He went on to attend Mississippi State University, where he studied Forestry/Forest Business and Business Administration.

During his time at Jackson Prep and Mississippi State, Will met people from communities all across Mississippi. These experiences helped him develop a deeper appreciation for the land, wildlife, and outdoor opportunities Mississippi has to offer.

Will has a passion for meeting new people and helping others. His love for the outdoors and desire to work with people allow him to bring a unique perspective to helping clients find the right property.

Growing up with property nearby in Rankin County also taught Will the importance of maximizing wildlife habitat and timber operations. This experience has given him the vision and insight to help clients understand the potential of a property and find the right fit for their goals.

Will is committed to helping his clients find that special piece of land and being there even after the sale to help them realize everything their property has to offer.
