Description
Here is a rare opportunity to own an incredible hunting property exactly 1 hour from Fayetteville, Arkansas. The property is comprised of 2 separate tracts approximately half a mile apart. The northern tract is +/- 92 acres with 4 separate duck cells. Each cell is a separate moist soil unit with multiple wetland species, and the levees are primarily clover.
